Warranty and Delivery

We provide reliable delivery globally using a reputable transportation company. There is an option for door-to-door delivery or delivery to a pickup point. Warranty for the integrity during transportation is in effect.

The warranty service life of UV lamps depends on the lamp type and is specified in the product passport. The number of switching on/off cycles affects the service life of the lamp. The recommended number is indicated in the passport. After the service life has elapsed, the lamp needs to be replaced (the light emitted from the product does not guarantee the preservation of the bactericidal effect). In case of premature failure, we guarantee lamp replacement and delivery to your address at our expense. Only a photo of the lamp will be required for confirmation, no additional paperwork is necessary.
