UV water disinfection systems

Our company manufactures proprietary flow-through ultraviolet water sterilizers. These sterilizers are designed with three nozzles, allowing for flexible connection options based on the pipe layout. Our units are utilized for water purification in household filters, as well as in food processing and industrial applications.

Flow-through UV filters for swimming pool water disinfection are utilized for final bactericidal treatment using a lamp that emits ultraviolet light at a wavelength of 254 nm. This UV radiation neutralizes simple microorganisms by disrupting the DNA and RNA chains of the cells. Additionally, ultraviolet light helps neutralize trichloramines (chlorine by-products), significantly improving water quality and creating a more comfortable swimming environment.

Submersible UV disinfection units are known for their simple design and versatile characteristics, making them easy to integrate into various purification systems and tackle unconventional water disinfection tasks. These units can be arranged in a cassette configuration (a combination of multiple submersible units) to achieve the desired level of bactericidal effectiveness.

UVL Company manufactures powerful and reliable medium-pressure UV disinfection systems housed in stainless steel enclosures. They are used in industries where water treatment with ultraviolet radiation ranging from 200 to 400 nm is required. We also manufacture and supply all the components for these systems, including medium-pressure UV lamps, electronic ballasts (EPRA), connectors, and wires.

Tray UV systems for treating large volumes of variously configured industrial, technical, and domestic wastewater. The channel system consists of multiple UV modules, which are combined into a single cassette. The shape of this cassette depends on its installation location.
