Our production facility manufactures low-pressure mercury and amalgam UV lamps with an energy conversion efficiency of up to 45% and a service life of up to 20,000 hours. Germicidal lamps can withstand up to 5,000 switching cycles without a significant reduction in lifespan.
The germicidal ultraviolet lamps we manufacture are compatible with most international models of UV water sterilizers. Compared to low-pressure lamps with a wavelength of 254 nm, medium-pressure lamps operate in a broader range—from 200 to 380 nm. They are often used in applications where compact size and high efficiency are prioritized. These include areas with high water flow rates, such as ballast water disinfection, UV treatment of wastewater, and water preparation for food production. Additionally, medium-pressure ultraviolet lamps are utilized for polymerization processes.

- The warranty service life of UV lamps depends on the lamp type and is specified in the product passport. The number of switching on/off cycles affects the service life of the lamp. The recommended number is indicated in the passport. After the service life has elapsed, the lamp needs to be replaced (the light emitted from the product does not guarantee the preservation of the bactericidal effect). In case of premature failure, we guarantee lamp replacement and delivery to your address at our expense. Only a photo of the lamp will be required for confirmation, no additional paperwork is necessary.
