Applications of UV disinfection systems

The UV disinfection system comprises a stainless steel chamber equipped with threaded or flanged connections for easy integration. Inside the chamber, one or more UV emitters housed in quartz sleeves are installed, with the number of emitters varying based on the system’s power. These lamps can be either mercury or amalgam types. UV disinfection units are commonly used in:

  • Schools and kindergartens
  • Educational centers
  • Swimming pools and water parks
  • Bottled water production
  • Hospitals and other medical facilities
  • Food processing and industrial production

Water that passes through municipal purification systems often retains some harmful microorganisms. Flow-through UV systems effectively eliminate up to 99% of bacteria and viruses.

Advantages of flow-through UV water disinfection systems

Besides UV disinfection, other purification methods include ionizing radiation, hollow fiber filters, and chlorination. However, UV systems are considered superior for the following reasons:

How to choose UV equipment

The market offers a wide range of disinfection devices with various features. When selecting a purification unit, it’s crucial to consider the device’s purpose, power, and performance. Warranty and Delivery

We provide reliable delivery globally using a reputable transportation company. There is an option for door-to-door delivery or delivery to a pickup point. Warranty for the integrity during transportation is in effect.

  • The warranty service life of UV lamps depends on the lamp type and is specified in the product passport. The number of switching on/off cycles affects the service life of the lamp. The recommended number is indicated in the passport. After the service life has elapsed, the lamp needs to be replaced (the light emitted from the product does not guarantee the preservation of the bactericidal effect). In case of premature failure, we guarantee lamp replacement and delivery to your address at our expense. Only a photo of the lamp will be required for confirmation, no additional paperwork is necessary.
